Our small project quickly developed a bigger purpose – creating smart and artful products that also help clean up hunger worldwide. bB donates a portion of each purchase to end global hunger. WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum Order
The minimum order is 12 items per product (e.g., 12 Kitchen Rags). Any sales that are running do not apply to wholesale prices; this includes coupons or promo codes.
Payment
bottledBrooklyn welcomes certified check (paid before shipment) or credit cards Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payment is due in full at the time of the order. If there’s a difference in shipping calculations, we will email you to correct the balance. This cost will be due in full before we ship the products.
Shipping & Delivery
We normally require 5 to 7 business days to create and ship your order. For larger orders, please allow up 2 weeks to process your order as we’re a small but happy team. We appreciate your patience. When your items ship, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information.
We recommend that orders outside of the United States ship UPS or FedEx and are insured. bottledBrooklyn and its parent company, The Ramification Project LLC, will not be responsible for damage to orders that are searched by your country’s customs department.
Damages: We carefully package each order with the goal of preventing damages in transit for you. If you elect to insure your shipment, we will gladly work with you to replace product that is damaged in transit within the guidelines of the selected shipping method. Please write us at info@bottledBrooklyn.com with an attached photo of your damaged or defective items. This must be done within 3 days of delivery. The product must be returned with the original packing materials.
Lost or Stolen: If you think your shipment was lost or stolen, email us within 2 days of scheduled delivery to inform our team. We will work with you to replace your order when the shipment is insured. If you do not want to insure your shipment, you agree not to hold The Ramification Project LLC or bottledBrooklyn responsible for damages in shipping.

Order Cancellations
If after you place your order and the production has already started on the items, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee based on your order total.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We cannot offer an exchange on wholesale orders.
Termination of Wholesale Account
The Ramification Project LLC and bottledBrooklyn reserve the right to cancel any wholesale agreement at any time.
